Jesse Quintin was born September 26, 2007, the much-loved fifth son of Kristan and Chad. He was diagnosed shortly after birth with AV Canal Heart Defect and Down Syndrome. Thursday, January 10th, Jesse had surgery to repair his heart defect. Friday morning he suddenly went into cardiac arrest. After 45 min. of CPR he was attached to life support. By God's healing hand his heart started to beat again and he came off life support on January 13. We created this blog to keep everyone updated.

Fun in the Water
Jesse LOVES bath time. In the tub he likes to have just a small amount of water and lie on his tummy and squirm around. I have to hold on tight! He also enjoys going in his pool outside.
We continue to keep the whole family in prayer. We pray the upcoming tests go well and give you guys answers. We pray that Jesse is healthy and well for the tests and that he handles the heart cath and anasthesia without complications. May you guys have Jesus' peace before, during, and after the tests. May all of this continue to draw you all closer to Jesus and to each other.
Philippians 4:5-7 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
